Taylor Knox made a fleeting visit into Raglan last weekend for the Rip Curl Raglan Pro and timed his first visit to NZ to perfection scoring the best Ruapuke Beach waves in years. The stop off on his way to Bells fueled Taylor with enough stoke to make him want to come back very soon and experience more of the waves we have on offer. Taylor recently retired from full time pro surfing yet is still sporting the legendary power surfing we have come to know and love, and now travels the world for his sponsor Rip Curl as a brand ambassador chasing epic surf wherever that may be. We managed to catch up with Taylor for an interview on his life as one of the most inspiring surfers of all time which we will feature in the next issue of NZ Surf Mag. Until then enjoy a few moments from Taylor’s visit.
