Ric Christie lit up the lineup with the highest wave score of the day and the event so far, at the Hawaiian Pro held at Haleiwa a blistering 8.93. Ric who sits right on the bubble of qualification can cement his spot on the World Tour with a result around the Quarterfinal rounds at both remaining events.. perhaps a semi will be enough at this event alone to drive the nail in the coffin.
